Quality improvement is another important part of this job. Through the use of a quality monitoring tool and with help of the Quality Controllers you are able to structurally improve the productivity, quality, but also the enthusiasm of the Customer Service Employees. You will report to the Manager Customer Service. Functiecriteria: Team Leader Customer Service - Germany The expertise required: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * A minimum of 2 year experience in Contact Centers as teamleader/supervisor * Creativity * Analytical skills * Excellent oral and written and English language skills * Having good communication skills in French and Dutch is a plus Excellent oral and written Germany and English language skills is a must
